TRIP-3. Kharkhorin  and  Ugii  Lake  Tour

Arrive in Ulaanbaatar. Pick up and transport to your accommodation in Ulaanbaatar.     Ulaanbaatar / City Tour                                                                                                                    Our guide will meet you at 9:00 am  and starting from  Gandan Monastery, the biggest and important Monastery with over 400 monks.From here we will go to the National History Museum which shows the rich history of Mongolia. Then we will visit main squares where we will find Government House etc. After Lunch  if you want we can do shopping for Mongolian brand pure  cashmere Goyo and Altai. After that  we will enjoy Mongolian traditional Concert at 06:00 pm. Welcome to the Dinner. Stay at Hotel.***

Day 1. Elsen Tasarkhai / Central Mongolia

After breakfast  trip to ElsenTasarkhai, semi-desert which is  narrow sand dune lays about 90km long.  Overnight  in Mongolian ger guesthouse. Camel riding and hiking are possible. If we hvave a chance we will visit Nomadac  family during the trip.

Day 2. Kharkhorin/ Ancient capital city

Drive to Kharkhorin, the ancient  capital of the Mongolian Empire in the 13^th Century. Visit magnificent ErdeneZuu  Monastery  built  on the ruins of the KharKhorin  in 1586, was the first Buddhist center in Mongolia. The temples  contain a valuable collection of  Buddhist sculptures, artwork and books. Overnight  in Mongolian ger guesthouse.

Day 3. Ugii Lake / Central Mongolia

Trip to”  Ugii “ lake is a freshwater  lake  in  Arkhangai province   in central Mongolia. The lake is known for its fish and  birdlife. Visit  Khushuutsaidam  and  new archeological museum.

Day 4. Ulaanbaatar  After breakfast drive  to UB.  Stay at your hotel or guesthouse.
